F.A.Q.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a £50 deposit at the time of booking, this will allow for confirmation of your booking and will be held as a security deposit on the hired goods.

You will be asked to pay the total cost of your hire when we arrive to deliver your hot tub, this can be cash or digital payment.

Your deposit payable at the time of booking, we shall then confirm your booking dates and all items included in your booking.

Booking deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking for whatever reason. However if enough time is allowed we will always endeavour to rebook your hot tub. In this instance we would look to refund your deposit but we cannot guarantee this and the longer you give us the more chance we have.

Your booking deposit will revert to being a security deposit during your hire. This will be returned once the goods are collected and in good condition and full working order. Any damages will be assessed and the taken from the deposit accordingly.

As an alternative we can offer a great value for money insurance policy to give you full peace of mind as you would with many other hired items (cars etc). If you take the insurance then we will refund your deposit less the small cost of the insurance.

All we ask is simple clean up before we arrive, no need to empty the tub.

Remember to take the sides off the gazebo if wind picks up

No smoking in or near any of the equipment please.

Thank you

Do we have any special offers or discount codes?

We have regular offers and codes out of season and from time to time, please check our Facebook or Twitter page, there’s a link at the bottom of the page or search jackuzzi.com.

Gazebos

We have gazebos from £30 per hire.

How is the hot tub delivered?

By Luton van or trailer, then rolled through to your chosen location.

**Insert dimension required to for gateways and the footprint required (see love tubs flier)

How is the hot tub filled?

By hosepipe supplied by the customer. Or you can add a hire of one and tap connections for £10, that’s done online at time of booking, or message us with a warning more than 24 hours please.

How long will the hot tub take to heat up? And will it keep temperature?

Heating time 15-40 hours depending on time of year / ambient temperature

If you have a combi boiler you may hot / warm fill from a hot tap or standard mixer tap, in this case it’s ready to use straight away. We don’t wait while it fills, so someone needs to stay and turn the tap off when full and also to ensure the temperature is not too hot of filling from a hot tap (as you would when running a bath)

We just hire the equipment, unfortunately we cannot control the heat times.

Does the hot tub have bubbles?

Yes all our hire tubs have air injection systems for more bubbles. All our hot tubs have jets

Can I control the water coming out of the jets?

Yes all of our hot tubs have an air flow controller to adjust the jets, see instructions.

What type of surface can the hot tub be placed on?

Any surface as long as it is level and flat. We need 200cm by 200cm flat area for the hot tub and minimum 300cm * 300cm if you are having a gazebo.

Does anyone need to be there to take delivery?

Yes an adult needs to be there to take delivery, so that chemical information and hot tub controls can be explained .

We don’t need you to be home for collection as long as we have access to the tub and passageway through which we delivered the tub along with a power socket.

Can the hot tub be lifted over a wall or delivered through the house?

Due to health and safety our hot tubs cannot be lifted over walls or hedges due to their weight. We cannot deliver through someone’s house.

How much room needed for access to the property for the hot tub?

We need 78cm wide at the most narrow point, 205cm height, or 185cm height for the Orbis. No tight twists and turns that a hot tub would struggle with, remember they don’t bend around tight corners.

What shall we do if the weather changes and it’s windy, and will the hire company pay damages to our or our neighbours property or vehicles, or conservatory etc?

We are not responsible for any damage incurred as a result of adverse weather or other matters out of our control. Our hot tubs whilst full are very heavy but our gazebo’s are not and It is the hirer’s responsibility to take appropriate actions if the weather or other circumstances dictate i.e. if the wind picks up, remove side walls of the gazebo, lower the height or take it down to avoid any risks of damage to the gazebo, property or person.
